To kick off December, Herren Wellness welcomed a new member to the team, Judy Holden, as Outreach & Community Engagement Director.

A healthcare sales and marketing professional for over 30 years, Judy holds degrees in both Nursing and Business Administration with a focus on marketing. Throughout her career she has developed creative outreach strategies with the goal of building long term relationships and collaborative partnerships.

Judy became familiar with Herren Wellness in November of 2024 when one of her sons walked through the doors at Jacob Hill as a guest.

Watching his recovery and the strength of so many within the community, she is incredibly grateful to have found Herren Wellness and committed to building awareness for families and individuals who are impacted by the disease of addiction.

Passionate about connecting individuals and organizations in ways that create mutual value and long-term support, at Herren Wellness Judy will strive to expand community awareness, help to support and strengthen family support groups and build an alumni career network to support guests in early recovery.

Judy graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Marketing and St. Louis University with a BSN in Nursing.  She lives in Duxbury, MA with her husband, is the mother of 4 young men and when not with her family can be found baking daily loaves of sourdough, knitting, walking, playing golf or pickleball.
