OUR APPROACH
Once you are a guest at Herren Wellness, you become part of our family. We know that recovery, from anything, is about uncovering the life experiences, personal relationships, wellness habits, and external influences that lead people to substance use and other behaviors that aren’t serving them. We treat the whole person, and walk with our guests through a process uncovering why they are turning to unhealthy behaviors or substances, and provide them with the sustainable tools they need to live healthy, whole, authentic, and substance-free lives. We are committed to relapse prevention, and place a strong emphasis on recovery plans after a guest leaves Herren Wellness, as well as access to a thriving Alumni community to help people stay connected. We focus on our guests’ strengths and what works for them as individuals who are more than their current struggles. We don’t dwell on what’s wrong, instead, we like to ask: what’s right?
