“It’s like a giant family at Herren Wellness. I have a whole new family of people I love and trust who I can depend on, and they can depend on me. It’s a really beautiful thing.” – Zach, Former Guest

“The group of people that Chris Herren has gathered around him are beyond equal. Their knowledge, dedication, the way they continue to go above and beyond for guests and for each other is something I’ve never seen nor experienced anywhere.” – James, Former Guest

“At Herren Wellness there are no limits to what they will do to help my recovery. Of all the places I’ve been, I’ve never, ever experienced anything like this. They actually mean it when they say they are family.” – Rachel, Former Guest

“Herren Wellness did not just save my life―it gifted me with a life beyond anything I ever dreamt.” – Former Guest

“The grounds, the facilities, the groups, and activities were, and continue to be, outstanding. Truly, everything at Herren Wellness is special.” – Former Guest

“I have never encountered this type of interest in my well-being, and I have never experienced the community I was a part of at Herren Wellness” – Rob, Former Guest

“Herren Wellness taught me how to be the most authentic version of myself, and really helped me process the things that were tamped down for 20 years.” – Former Guest

“It is such a healing place. I was treated with respect. It was such a healing, safe, and comfortable environment.” – Rachel, Former Guest

“Herren Wellness is like a family, like a whole new family.” – Former Guest

“I say to anybody, if they don’t want to make the commitment, simply go there and check it out. I promise people that if they go look at this place, you don’t have to stay. Just go and take a tour and hang out. I know when I say this that if they do take this step – even if they don’t stay then – that seed is going to be planted. I know that if they go see Herren Wellness, that the next time they drink it won’t be the same. Just from taking a tour.” – Former Guest

YOUR JOURNEY
OUR PURPOSE

WE RECOVER TOGETHER

OUR APPROACH

Once you are a guest at Herren Wellness, you become part of our family. We know that recovery, from anything, is about uncovering the life experiences, personal relationships, wellness habits, and external influences that lead people to substance use and other behaviors that aren’t serving them. We treat the whole person, and walk with our guests through a process uncovering why they are turning to unhealthy behaviors or substances, and provide them with the sustainable tools they need to live healthy, whole, authentic, and substance-free lives. We are committed to relapse prevention, and place a strong emphasis on recovery plans after a guest leaves Herren Wellness, as well as access to a thriving Alumni community to help people stay connected. We focus on our guests’ strengths and what works for them as individuals who are more than their current struggles. We don’t dwell on what’s wrong, instead, we like to ask: what’s right?
